Fantastic inner courtyard, very lovingly maintained. Ideal for breakfast. Breakfast is also highly recommended.
It would be nice if the staff would speak at least some English.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming atmosphere of the hotel. The decor had a lovely traditional touch, with beautiful Normandy architecture in one of the buildings. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for senior people like me to navigate around. It truly felt like a home away from home.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff, especially for the needs of senior guests. Some of the children working there seemed inexperienced and unaware of the specific requirements of older individuals.

Great location! Very nice staff!
For breakfast a little fresh vegetables, a tomato or paprika with the cheese would have been good.

The feeling of hospitality. The breakfast was great, the staff: all ladies were fantastic.

The room was excellent. The bathroom actually had a bath.
The hotel had a breakfast room but no restaurant which meant a search around Deauville in the rain with very little choice of reasonably priced eating places. Breakfast was served from 8am. We had to leave to catch a ferry at 7.30. No effort was made to cater for this situation.

Our room was in an annexe in the hotel garden so it not necessary to climb stairs. It is only a fairly short walk to shops and restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Deauville, which was conveniently located close to the town center and the beautiful beach. Everything was within easy reach, making it a perfect choice for exploring the local area.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory; nothing could be improved.

Clean and spacious room
Extremely noisy on a very busy avenue, the picture on the website is of the back of the hotel in the garden which is misleading. It was extremely expensive and breakfast was inadequate, for 12.50 euros one would expect some kind of buffet breakfast not just a standard bagette and croissant. The fridge also did not work

- the back yard - the friendliness of the staff - the daily cleaning of the room - the travel guides provided free of charge
- The price is too high for the facilities offered: the bathroom is too small, the windows are not doubled, there is no double bed (but two single beds united), the furniture is old (especially the wall closets)

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was perfect - just a short walk to the center of Deauville and the beach. It made exploring the area incredibly easy and convenient. Secondly, the staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Additionally, the rooms were well-maintained with attention to detail, such as the beautifully painted walls and the option for a room with a balcony. Lastly, the breakfast offered was delicious and a great start to the day.
Everything about this hotel was more than satisfactory.
